About this project
Massa, was on the cusp of launching a range of new blockchain features that would disrupt the market. The challenge was to rapidly scale their tech function to develop these features, and they turned to us to provide the solution.
We were tasked with resourcing a number of agile teams with engineering roles to achieve their goals. In this article, we share our strategic approach to resourcing agile engineering teams and how we helped Massa achieve their objectives.
Recruiting the right people for a project can be a daunting task, but when it comes to hiring a whole team of individuals with various skill sets and expertise, the task can seem insurmountable. However, with the right strategy and approach, it is possible to find the perfect people for the job. This is where our hiring team at Stack Talent comes in.
Due to the scale and accuracy of the hiring, we allocated an entire team to the project, headed up and coordinated by a manager. This team was responsible for finding and selecting multiple roles at once, ranging from high-level strategic roles to multiple hands-on technical hires. Our team worked tirelessly to find the right individuals who would fit seamlessly into the company’s culture and be able to bring the project to fruition.
The result of our work with Massa Labs was that we successfully placed six different roles, including a Blockchain Engineer, Research Engineer, Software Engineer, Smart Contract Developer, and two Rust Developers.
Our efforts enabled Massa to build their team and scale their services, positioning them as the most decentralized and scalable blockchain. We’re proud to have played a part in their success.
