Job Description
Our primary mission is to create connections between different sectors and enable blockchain companies to benefit from the expertise and high level of qualification of our talents in the world.
Your main missions
After a two-week training period with our team to gain autonomy, your main mission will be to develop our local portfolio.
- Develop your knowledge and understanding of Web3: Deepen your blockchain knowledge and expand your network by joining a startup at the heart of the ecosystem. We work with some of the most cutting-edge and visionary projects in the French and European tech scene and we want to extend our presence in other countries.
- Build trusted relationships with new partners: Identify, solicit, meet, understand and convince new clients to build up your portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end negotiation processes: After co-defining the strategy with the Stack Talent Head of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities.
Through meetings, you will ask to develop the relationship, negotiate our recruitment contracts and collect customer needs.
- Account Management: After being able to onboard new customers, you will be in charge of their recruitment needs and customer relations.
- Develop the reputation of Stack Talent: You will represent the company to customers and candidates with whom you will interact, but you will also be responsible for raising awareness of Stack Talent within your network.
In addition, you will be involved in projects to support the growth of Stack Talent (events, business relationships, tool development, training, etc.). This position is a real springboard to acquire in-depth skills and knowledge in the Blockchain sector and complex negotiation.

Profile
- You have a previous experience in tech recruitment or business development and you are looking for a freelance contract, with a potential permanent contract after some months!
- You are extremely interested in the Blockchain ecosystem, you want to develop your knowledge in this field, and more broadly in the world of cryptocurrencies.
- You love tech and the startup ecosystem: curiosity and the desire to understand are your watchwords.
- You have good interpersonal skills and want to become a skilled negotiator.
- You are independent and know how to find solutions on your own, innovate and make proposals.
- You want to learn and participate in the construction of a growing ecosystem.
- You have a commercial flair and are a good communicator.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
Pluses:
- You master or have a great interest in the tech world (Blockchain, Big Data, IoT...) and/or certain programming languages (Go, Python, Rust, Haskell, Solidity, JavaScript...)
- You are fluent in Portuguese
